I bought one of these and to my delight it worked pretty well. 2 liters seem to go flat in 2 or 3 days for me and this gave me a solid 5 or 6 which is plenty of time for me to drink a 2 liter. Unfortunately there are some big negatives to go with this, #1 if you are already barely squeezing a 2 liter on a shelf vertically these add another inch and a half or so of height and #2 these things break so easily its a bit ridiculous. I had 2 of them and they both broke in different ways, one via their plastic hinge within 2 months and the other one just randomly lost its sealing power after a week or two.5 stars for actually working pretty well and minus 2 for being too fragile. If you find yourself dumping out a lot of flat pop I would still recommend trying them once and see how they work for you. And remember to only pump till the bottle's sides get a bit stiff... don't over pump.

We rarely drink soda, and when we have people over then we must and it is always so say to waste all the left over soda because goes flat so fast. But now it could last weeks with so much fizz like a new just open 2 liter bottle. One time I was craving some soda and I remember I forgot a soda soda in the back of my fridge for for 3 weeks. When I open it ohhh :) it made that typical fizz popping sound. Soda was fizzy and great.Great product :)
